One Half

To celebrate Nathan's 6-month "birthday," we took a trip to the Long Beach Aquarium...

There were a lot of neat exhibits to see...
Nathan seemed to have a really good time there...
The sharks were Dad's favorite...
...but Nathan liked the sea otters the most.
We had a really fun day there...Happy Half-Birthday Nate-Dog!!!

Chow Baby

That time has come...Nathan has finally entered the world of solid (okay, completely mushy...who came up with the term "solids" anyway?) foods, and his first food was (drum roll please...) avocado! It's easy to get at restaurants and smush up for him, which is what I did a bit of on Friday and Saturday, and then yesterday and today we spoon-fed him some pureed avocado...
Of course, that hasn't stopped him from still grabbing at the food on our plates...
